I can’t recommend Jay and the guys enough! I have used them this year for two local moves and they were nothing short of phenomenal. They came with a great attitude, were very time efficient, and used great care in handling my furniture. Highly recommend!

THIS DUDE IS A RIP OFF SO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Did not honor the price quoted Terrible way to do business A hour late then had extra guys show up so he charged me more money to cover them without consulting me On phone offered 10% discount if i would pay cash didnt honor that either Far better moving companies to work with Read yelp reviews he has done this same thing to others Will also be contacting better business bureau People shouldn't be able to do this He ended up being more expensive than EVERYONE ELSE I CALLED HORRIBLE BUSINESS USE ANYONE ELSE !!!! Side note they moved my washer and dryer didn't hook it up right the water leaked all over my laundry room causing BLACK MOLD this company is the worst moving company I have ever used !!! The owner text me and THREATENED to call his LAWYER because of my review SOOO unprofessional not a way to do business I am sure the 'wonderful" reviews they have right now are their friends !! STAY FAR AWAY Apartment complex charged me for the removal of the mold that this company caused AGAIN STAY FAR AWAY USE ANYONE ELSE Update I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT GOING TO A BANK LIKE U HAVE STATED IT WAS A SMALL 2 BEDRROM IN MASON PRETTY SAD IT TOOL 7 KIDS TO DO THR JOB LEARN HOW TO TAKE FEEDBACK WE ALL LEARN TO BE BETTER EVERYDAY !!! Dawn you were quoted for a 2bdrm apartment on the 2nd floor. I told you it would take between 4 to 6hrs like it does all 2bdrms @ a 3man rate 190.00 ahr. when we arrived before i even introduce my crew you said you would need to go to the bank and get more money out because you had more stuff then you thought. and you did the 2nd bedroom was floor to ceiling with boxes. So I called out 2 more men to come out and help. 5 of us got the job done in 4.75 hrs. Your bill was 902.50. If you do the math before common core that's the 3 man rate @ 190.00 a hr. I had 5 men there, that rate is 250.00 a hr, your bill would've been 1,187.50.....your bill was only 902.50 the 3man rate EVEN THOUGH WE HAD 5 MEN ON YOUR JOB.....we showed up with good attitudes and smiles and made it happen 5 guys 3man rate 190.00 a hr in 4.75 hrs..if I didn't call the other guys in to help it would've taken us about 7hrs to do with all the extras coming from the 2nd floor that charge would've been 1,330 @ 190.00 a hr THE 3 MAN RATE..the only thing that I didn't do was honor the 10% discount that actually paid 1 of the guys I called out to help I PAID THE OTHER GUY OUT OF POCKET SO YOU WERE NOT CHARGED FOR ANY ADDITIONAL GUYS..this review was posted July 2022 and updated 2 weeks ago Feb 2023 with a side note about not hooking the washer up correctly when I myself told you that you would need new hoses for your washer cause the old ones were about shot and that I checked them for leaks and all was good but you will need new hoses now march of 2023 your laundry room is flooded with black mold. This whole review is dishonest and should be taken down. That's why I said I would contact my attorney. Me giving you 2 extra guys to get the job in 4.75 hrs @ 190.00 an hr to help you out didn't warrent this nasty fake review just because I didn't give you 90.00 off for the 10% discount that paid 1 of the other guys I called in to help.

This “company” consists of about 3-4 teenage boys who goof off. Not worth the $190.

This is a family business, father and sons. Please provide more information so we can investigate the issue. We were in a bind as our movers we contracted cancelled with less than a week until our move. Lucky for us, we found Jay and the team and Bridges Family Movers. Jay was able to fit us in their schedule and ensure our move happened with no issues. The team was fantastic to work with, their attention to detail was unlike any movers we have previously used. We would recommend them to anyone we know and, should we move again, will absolutely use them.
