Hercules Moving & Storage

They were wonderful super experience and very nice to me and even their selves call each other sir wonderful crew to work with their my movers for all my moves

We've used Hercules Movers for two separate moves, and both experiences were excellent. For our most recent move we had Eric with two other men on his crew. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled our belongings with great care. They were friendly, professional, and made what can be a stressful day much easier. We appreciated their attention to detail and how respectful they were of our furniture and home. Based on our experiences, I would definitely recommend Hercules Movers and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any future moves.

This was our second time using Hercules Moving and Storage. I chose them again because they took such excellent care of all of our stuff. They also were so respectful and treated my 88 year old mother so wonderfully. The tenure of these men that have worked for this company speaks volumes as the average was about 15 years. We will choose them again if we move because they are amazing!

Recently had Hercules move my mom. The two movers were exactly on time, extremely polite, courteous and helpful. They were very careful with everything and worked very hard. The communication from the office was consistent and helpful throughout the process. After doing an assessment of how long the move might take, they quoted us 3-4 hours including travel time. It ended up being 3 hours that we paid for. Overall great experience.

I have used this company before, however this time it was a disaster. 4 movers total and I still had to move pictures and mirrors myself (with a bad back). They offered no blanket padding or secure straps etc... to move ALL my items - at least from what the aftermath was - I cannot really tell. They broke a dresser - the top drawer broke into pieces and fell off the dresser. A small bookshelf became dislodged in a section and they did not reassemble it - they moved it in place and left it. A rotating fan was knocked over at the beginning, not sure it will be broken or not yet. I have a bad back; I instructed them to move any boxes marked as Holiday/Christmas/Halloween up to the 2nd floor, they did maybe one but left the rest on 1st floor. I have requested a discount or reimbursement and am waiting on a reply and decision from owner. I will not be using them again and I do not recommend them for moving needs. As a courtesy I still tipped the 4 movers. Now I am waiting to see what will be done if anything, but does not sound likely.
