Planes Moving & Storage Of Cincinnati

Not sure I would have made it thru this move without these wonderful people! Craig's team, and all the folks inside (Nick, Hannah, too many to name!) lessened the stress at every turn! I would not recommend doing a move without them!!!

Would highly recommend this company. Not only did I find their communication extremely proactive prior to the move, the movers on that day could not have been more productive, organized, and professional we ended up saving money because it took so much less time than expected, and I completely attribute that to the professionalism of the moving team. It was worth every penny.

The Planes’ packing crew and movers were exceptional. We are seniors who had lived in our old house for 43 years. We had a lot of things and some furniture that was quite heavy. It took two days for them to pack and three to move. The guys were very friendly, very helpful and accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. They took great care of our possessions and both houses. There was no damage to anything. It’s a little intimidating to have strangers in your home, packing and moving all your things, but they put us at ease immediately. It was, by far, the best moving experience we have ever had. Thank you, Planes, for your exemplary service.

Overall Planes was a very good moving company. They planned and followed up to make it all a seamless experience. Very accommodating. The only thing that could have made it better was having a couple of more moving men. Four wasnt enough. It took an exhausting 12+ hours for a local move of boxes from house and storage units I had already packed, plus furniture, etc. And now trying to find boxes that were marked for inside the house were in the shed or may be still buried in the garage. Its been challenging. The movers worked so diligently and continuously in the heat and extreme humidity. I will not fault them. They were amazing. Price was adjusted based on additional hours they worked.

The team delivered my household goods today. They were professional and super efficient. Big shout to AJ F, Jayshawn, and David for taking care while moving my stuff!
