The move was great until the time to sign the bill came. I noticed there was an extra $100 added on to the bill. As I was looking it over, Gerard was extremely sarcastic and asked if “I was doing arithmetic in my head or something” to rush me. I asked about the extra charge and he said it was because we went over the 2 hour estimate. Looking over the evidence of them saying when they arrived and of them sending the final picture of the moved items, I noticed they went 4 minutes over the time limit. To charge $100 for 4 extra minutes is quite excessive in my eyes and I wish we could have come to a better agreement. I likely would have tipped that much, but to be charged that amount seems like a scam. I would not recommend them in the future. They took advantage of me and I do not think that’s a good business practice.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience! The whole process was so much easier thanks to this company. They even provided totes for me to use instead of having to buy a bunch of boxes, which was such a thoughtful and convenient touch. They took the time to carefully wrap my belongings and handled everything with so much care. Even my old, basically-falling-apart dresser made it through the move with absolutely no issues 😂. I was genuinely impressed with how smoothly everything went. They were professional, helpful, careful, and made what could have been a super stressful day feel so much easier. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs a moving company. 10/10 experience!
