“Terrible. The movers were hours late because the truck wasn't working. Then they tried to bamboozle me for higher than the contract price. Moreover, they bent cables, switched beds, scratched walls, and left my bathroom a mess.
Even more deceiving was at the time of service they have 4.9 stars, and now it is 4.2 stars. I wonder what they did to bring it up.”

“We hired Express Moving and Storage to move myself and my girlfriend from Northern VA to Martinsburg, WV. Because we had two places to move from, Brittini suggested we make it a two day move - the first day packing up our places in VA and the second day unpacking in WV. The crew arrived on time and got to work. Their work and care in packing and moving out belongings was amazing.<br>When they got to the second stop it quickly became clear that we had VASTLY underestimated the amount of stuff we had and there was no way it was going to all fit in a single 26 foot truck. I expressed my concerns to Brittini and it was seriously an hour or two later and we had a second crew and second truck on site and they guys quickly finished packing up. They only charged what was a pretty reasonable fee to add the second truck and crew.<br>They turned what was an EXTREMELY stressful move into something we didn't even have to think about. These guys are amazing - don't hesitate to book they for any moving needs you might have!”

I had to move all of my living furniture and a few other large items into storage while my floors were removed due tol water damage I had in my condo a few months ago. The movers came promptly on a hiliday before 9am and carefully packed all of my heavy furniture and other items. It only took a few hours. I've also had a hard time finding a contractor to do the work on my projects. Brittini and Nikki have been so supportive and patient. They listen and sincerely care. “I have been trying to get ahold of them since last Friday. I hired them to move me across town last Thursday. They lost some of the hardware to my bed and broke a TV , but I didn’t discover either of these until after they left. The TV was leaned against the wall behind several items. I called them Friday and was told they would call me back after speaking to the team that moved me. I’ve heard nothing and when I tried to call the direct number I was given I get the “this number is no longer in service” message. When I try to call the corporate number, every option dumps into the same mailbox. I did leave a message and have yet to receive a call back.”

“I used these guys to move into my storage unit and it all went well. When I had them move into my new home, it was a totally differently experience. After 4 hours (I had paid for 3 hours per their suggestion) I was told the owner had to leave, leaving items still in the truck and having paid them to drive the truck. This left me and my 74 year old parents with no ability to finish the unpacking. I was told to call and book other movers on the uhaul site, it was 1:00 and the truck was due back at 5:00. He said he had an appointment he had to get to. He said he would not come back after and was leaving us. He demanded the last hour of payment because he had to leave, I was trying to login to my accounts with low cell service and no internet yet and demanded my parents pay him so he could leave and didn't have time to wait. One of the last items he had unpacked was my expensive leather sofa which he tried to jam into the front door, which got scratched instead of taking the time to take it through the back french doors which I had suggested. I understand time was tight but he should have told us before so we could prepare that we were running out of time. His partner ended up staying to help, thank goodness and we had to drive him 2 hours home. If he had any compassion, understanding and communicated timing I would not be writing this review as I would have understood timing was running out. But he wasn't.”

En fait, il s’agit d’une vitrine, d’un logo en faire-valoir que les déménageurs internationaux apposent fièrement sur leur site internet en l’échange d’une simple cotisation annuelle de USD 2900 mais qui ne garantit absolument en rien une conduite éthique et le respect d’une quelconque charte de bonne morale. D’autant qu’en cas de dérives avérées, IAM n’a aucun pouvoir coercitif sur ses membres affiliés. Sans doute une histoire de gros sous en fond de tromperie du consommateur pour ne pas changer. Les déménageurs internationaux véreux ont de beaux jours devant eux !”

“I hired this company because the estimate was much much lower than any of the well-known moving companies. The process to hire them was a breeze. The owner called the day before to make sure everything was good to go. The driver called the morning of the move to tell me he was on the way and again when he got close. I had four men and two trucks and I could not believe the teamwork and the speed at which they loaded the trucks. They did not stop for lunch and proceeded directly to the new home and begin unloading. There was no damage to speak of a couple of rub marks only which were promptly fixed. The best part was the price was $500 lower than the estimate. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a good fast inexpensive mover.”
