Setting things up with Rosalind, the owner, was easy. She is professional with a caring attitude. Charris essentially provides whatever help one needs, staying with the client if necessary, personally assisting with ambulation, wheelchair or stretcher, etc. I was picked up on time and safely driven to my destination. The vehicle was immaculate. When my procedure was over, I was picked up and taken home. There was no waiting. Rosalind took me, Shirley brought me home. “My family had a unique situation with our 82yo mother. Lisa was recommended by Mark at Cottonwood to get our mother packed up for her move to Magnolia for more skilled care. Our mother has a very long history of being very difficult, demanding,etc. This was a quick move and as soon as I spoke with Lisa I knew she was what we needed. She went over and beyond planning and executing this job. She went to the new place, even after going to different center(my mistake). She went to center in Sugar Hill to check out the room and see size etc. Thankfully we got our mother moved 1 day and Lisa started the next morning. She spent time packing up boxes at her original room. She packed up her own car and traveled to Magnolia and met up with my brother in law who had a means of moving larger things. She helped him get needed things into the room.Thankfully our mother was medicated and quiet. Lisa has communicated with me very frequently to keep me up to date. I could not have picked a better company or person to handle this matter. She has offered to organize the new room and we may need that also. I give her more than a 5 star review. I can imagine that she would be fantastic in any stage of transition, businesses, etc.”

The first two companies showed up and immediately began telling me what they wouldn't do. Acosta showed up on time ready go to work. We walked through the house discussing what went where. They then made a couple of recommendations which I took.<br>As I watched them work all day, I enjoyed them. They worked hard but enjoyed themselves.
