“Let me just say that I'm a seasoned pro at moving at this point - I've moved roughly every 2 years over the past six-year period, and this move should be the last for a long time. Ready 2 Roll was by far the best experience I've had moving. I paid a little more than what I would have paid the other two companies I've used previously, but the cost was still very reasonable and the value of service received in exchange far exceeds the modest difference in cost. Sam, Bird, and Jay arrived timely and did a great job moving my 2 bedroom condo 40 minutes across the Greater Cincinnati region to a 2-story house with a finished basement. They put moving cloths over my furniture pieces and Saran wrapped everything to keep it safe, which was appreciated given the drizzly nature of the weather on my move day. One of my bedroom sets is EXTREMELY HEAVY AND LARGE, and they managed to get each piece up and around the stairs (which have a turn) to the second floor with only minor wall scuffs and a few small gauges. ***LET ME IMMEDIATELY SAY THAT IT IS LIKELY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THESE PIECES UP THE STAIRS WITHOUT ANY DAMAGE - they are that immense in size and heft, and the stairs are treacherous with the turn. (I mean, if you are Jesus or Merlin or have some sort of device teleportation contraption, you might have a shot.) The fact that the damage was so minor is a massive testament to the skill and professionalism of the team, and WE GAVE THEM OUR PERMISSION TO PROCEED since we just wanted to get the stuff into the bedroom upstairs and are planning to repaint, anyway.* The guys were also able to get a massive, 2-piece sectional out of the basement of the house, which also included navigating a turn in the basement stairs. Just when I thought we would have to give up and find a chainsaw somewhere to cut up the sectional in the basement for removal, these guys achieved the impossible and got it out. We will be calling Ready 2 Roll again in the near future to get rid of said sectional from our garage and to remove some other large items from our home. All in all, Ready 2 Roll is reasonably priced compared to competitors - but superior in value - and is committed to getting the job done professionally and efficiently, whatever it takes. A big thanks, again, to Sam, Bird, and Jay for achieving the impossible!”

Not only did I find their communication extremely proactive prior to the move, the movers on that day could not have been more productive, organized, and professional we ended up saving money because it took so much less time than expected, and I completely attribute that to the professionalism of the moving team. “The Planes’ packing crew and movers were exceptional. We are seniors who had lived in our old house for 43 years. We had a lot of things and some furniture that was quite heavy. It took two days for them to pack and three to move. The guys were very friendly, very helpful and accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. They took great care of our possessions and both houses. There was no damage to anything. It’s a little intimidating to have strangers in your home, packing and moving all your things, but they put us at ease immediately. “I try to be as honest as possible with my reviews. If you look at my review history, you’ll see that I don’t give positive reviews unless a company genuinely deserves one. That said, I can’t say enough good things about Kendrick. I had been trying for over 3 weeks to find someone to move a very large arcade cabinet. I was turned down by a gun safe mover AND a piano mover. Another moving company quoted me $850 and said it would likely end up closer to $1,000. Kendrick quoted me $500, but the price isn’t even the main reason I’m leaving this review. These guys did an incredible job. They had to remove doors from the hinges just to get the cabinet through, and they moved unbelievably slowly and carefully to make sure they didn’t touch or damage a single wall. It probably took them two minutes to get down the stairs because they were so incredibly careful not to touch the railing or walls with the cabinet. As someone who recently moved into a new home, we’ve dealt with multiple delivery companies and two other moving companies. We’ve had walls scraped, marked, an armoire dropped through a wall, and a door frame ripped off. So we were happily surprised at the amount of care these two guys took, it really stood out. I can confidently say I won’t use another moving company after this experience. Fair price, extremely careful, professional, and they did an outstanding job. Highly recommend.”

“Overall Planes was a very good moving company. They planned and followed up to make it all a seamless experience. Very accommodating. The only thing that could have made it better was having a couple of more moving men. Four wasnt enough. It took an exhausting 12+ hours for a local move of boxes from house and storage units I had already packed, plus furniture, etc. And now trying to find boxes that were marked for inside the house were in the shed or may be still buried in the garage. Its been challenging. The movers worked so diligently and continuously in the heat and extreme humidity. I will not fault them. They were amazing. Price was adjusted based on additional hours they worked.”

“When you find a large bathroom vanity at an amazing price, but you and your husband were both born in the 1900’s…there is no way you are getting it upstairs. But one quick call took care of that. I was shocked how fast they were able to get this thing up the stairs. It is HEAVY!!!!! They wrapped it extremely well to protect it from any damage and got it up where it needed to go. Would definitely use them again whether it was for a full move or just a single item!!”

“Recently had Hercules move my mom. The two movers were exactly on time, extremely polite, courteous and helpful. They were very careful with everything and worked very hard. The communication from the office was consistent and helpful throughout the process. After doing an assessment of how long the move might take, they quoted us 3-4 hours including travel time. It ended up being 3 hours that we paid for. Overall great experience.”

“I have used this company before, however this time it was a disaster. 4 movers total and I still had to move pictures and mirrors myself (with a bad back). They offered no blanket padding or secure straps etc... to move ALL my items - at least from what the aftermath was - I cannot really tell. They broke a dresser - the top drawer broke into pieces and fell off the dresser. A small bookshelf became dislodged in a section and they did not reassemble it - they moved it in place and left it. A rotating fan was knocked over at the beginning, not sure it will be broken or not yet. I have a bad back; I instructed them to move any boxes marked as Holiday/Christmas/Halloween up to the 2nd floor, they did maybe one but left the rest on 1st floor. I have requested a discount or reimbursement and am waiting on a reply and decision from owner. I will not be using them again and I do not recommend them for moving needs. As a courtesy I still tipped the 4 movers. Now I am waiting to see what will be done if anything, but does not sound likely.”

Moving supplies are reasonably priced and everything is in stock every time I’ve been there. Kenny has always been super headful about making sure I may order accurate but also from the time I placed my order to the time I leave it is fast and efficient. This is a super great place to find reasonably priced Moving supplies all in one location.”

Side note they moved my washer and dryer didn't hook it up right the water leaked all over my laundry room causing BLACK MOLD this company is the worst moving company I have ever used !!! The owner text me and THREATENED to call his LAWYER because of my review SOOO unprofessional not a way to do business I am sure the 'wonderful" reviews they have right now are their friends !!
