“They will just throw your expensive stuff into boxes. My computer, my televisions, speakers, keyboard, mouse. You name it, it's been damaged. I am beyond disappointed. I'm disabled and everything I use to get threw my days being disabled is either broken or noticably damaged. Don't use piece of cake unless you want your things broken into pieces.”

“Extremely disappointing experience. We hired this company because we trusted what we were told when booking. We provided a detailed item list and were assured the move was ultimately based on the time required. When the movers arrived, they suddenly refused to move items that weren’t specifically on the list. We were also charged $150 for a truck that they didn’t even use. The movers carried boxes one by one and worked at an extremely slow pace. After 4 hours, they said they needed another 2.5 hours to finish. To make matters worse, the move was completed at the 4-hour mark, but they didn’t stop the timer while we discussed the final details, resulting in another 15 minutes being charged. We are requesting a refund for that unnecessary charge. I also called Alex during the move. He promised to call me back and never did. The biggest issue isn’t that a move can take longer than expected—it’s that the commitments made when we booked were not honored once the movers arrived. We chose this company based on trust, and unfortunately, we left feeling completely taken advantage of. Would not recommend.”

“Orange Truck movers were exceptional during our move from Colorado to Newfoundland. George is extremely responsive and answered almost every correspondence immediately. He helped us make a very specific plan and we always felt taken care of. Our things were treated with care and respect. We had two drivers and both were organized, professional, and kind. We had a very smooth (albeit long) border crossing. Moving to another country is complicated but Orange Truck made the moving portion as easy and stress free as it could be. Definitely recommend and would use them again.”

“DO NOT USE CLUTTER. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, impossible to get someone on the phone besides their customer service outsourced team (maybe in India?) who have zero decision making. I’ve opened 2 claims with them. They moved me on August 26 and at 4pm the movers said they couldn’t keep going due to overtime. They also said because I had more stuff I would need a 10x10 instead of a 10x5. Whatever. As long as it got done. They said they would be back THE NEXT DAY…an issue with my coop because they allow you a specific day for a move. Then I get a Clutter text that they will come Sept 8 to finish the move! I tried to contact anyone to help for 24hrs and had no luck. Ended up contracting another company to come and remove the items (2 mattresses and a dresser) that were supposed to make it to Clutter and ended up trashing them because I needed to move out. Clutter rescheduled me for Aug 28 (two days after the move) and when I cancelled that (they had not asked if I could do that day - my building would not allow it). The customer service person said there would be a cancellation fee for cancelling (that appt I had not booked) and charged me $100. The customer service reps tell you to open a claim - so I did that. I asked for $ for my items that I trashed and the other movers that took the trash. Or a reduction in the monthly charges (I’m signed up for 8 months). You know what they did? They reimbursed me the cancellation fee. $100 for the appointment I did not make. I opened another claim asking at least for a reduction or some good faith action. Or to speak with their team because if they keep getting bad reviews I can’t imagine it’s good for business. They closed the claim. Said they didn’t have any liability in all this and basically “too bad”. It was an automated response. Be very wary of Clutter. It seems cheap and like a good idea but it’s a terribly run company.”

“We used clutter to store our son's belongings over the summer. They came to his dorm, helped pack and stowed away his stuff. Their monthly storage rates for a 5x5 unit was $80/month which we considered reasonable. We had them deliver all the stuff at the beginning of fall semester and they emailed us a day before delivery that the delivery time would be from 10:15-1:15pm. At 7:50am on the day of delivery we get an urgent call from them that they are standing outside the apartment bldg. and if we don't get there within 30 mins that they will leave do other appointments and get to us at the end of the day. They were highly unprofessional to talk with and did not care that their assigned time frame did not match their actual arrival time. I will NOT be using them again.”

“The worst service I never saw before. People totally amateur. They are far away from a professional company..totally unprofessional. They picked up my goods without any paper, any form to fill nothing. I made an inventary by hand sign by me and the driver. Only one person when to picked up my goods, so I finish loading the truck. The agreement saids...pack everything..they didnt pack any box, everything was made by me. They never send you and invoice, they nbever answer your questions, they never send you any official document and if you call them they answer in very rude way and then they hang out the phone. The agreement mention the tie between 7 to 10 weeks, I receive my things after 15 weeks, and nobody gave me any explanation. I pay a door to door service, but after that they charge more money because "it was necessary to use a shuttle". Definetely I dont recommed this company”

“On July 28, 2026, Clutter took possession of my household goods in good condition for pickup and subsequent storage at the Clutter storage facility. The items were later delivered to my new residence on August 4, 2026. At the time of pickup, all items — including dishware, bedding, and clothing — were in sound, undamaged condition. Upon delivery on August 4, 2026, I discovered the following damage: 1. Ten (10) plates and bowls were broken and destroyed during Clutter's handling, storage, or transport. 2. Two sealed storage bags were found soaked through with water, to the extent that their contents appeared to have been submerged. The affected contents — a comforter, a pillow, and multiple articles of clothing — were saturated and have since developed significant mold growth, rendering them unsafe and unusable. This water intrusion and resulting mold contamination could only have occurred while the items were in Clutter's custody, either during storage at the Tier facility or in transit. The presence of mold raises additional health and safety concerns, as mold-contaminated bedding and clothing cannot be safely cleaned or salvaged and must be replaced entirely.”

I found a A & D movers on Facebook marketplace and I was a little bit nervous about finding them on Facebook But they were so amazing.
