Moving company reviews in New York

“William and Team were excellent! I had a great experience with these delivery guys! They were right on time, offered a very reasonable price, and were incredibly dependable throughout the entire process. They picked up an oven I purchased on Facebook with no issues at all and handled everything smoothly. Highly recommend their service—will definitely use them again!”

“These guys are the BEST! They moved our 4 bedroom from the heights to bushwick. They were incredibly fast, professional and affordable! We had a fantastic experience. Specifically wanna shout out Stanley, Omar and Marquis! They made our move painless and filled with good vibes. 10/10 would recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“We have used Moving Your Way three times and they have been consistently excellent. The team always shows up on time And works efficiently. They wrapped and covered all of our possessions carefully and everything arrived intact, no breakages. Their estimates are the most competitive of all the companies I priced out. And on our most recent move, It took less time than estimated and the total cost was lower than the estimate. That never happens! I highly recommend Moving Your Way and will confidently use them again in the future for my own needs.”

“EZ Haul Movers were great! The team was professional from the moment they arrived. I highly recommend them to others. They went above and beyond to make my move stress-free. Many thanks for a job well done!!!!”

“Great moving company! They were on time, professional, and handled everything with care.”

“I cannot recommend Diamond Moving and Storage enough. Terry and Luis were so kind and not to mention efficient. It cost more than renting a U-Haul and moving everything ourselves but it was worth every penny. They were so fast and got the entire move done in the time it would have taken us to do maybe a quarter of it on our own. If we ever move again we will definitely be reaching out!”

“Recently worked with Alex and his team moving out of our very large one bedroom apartment and they were quick while also taking their time to ensure our belongings were handled with care. Very reasonably priced too - highly recommend!”

“Konstantin & his team were amazing! Super efficient, fair pricing, very careful with our stuff. We would recommend them to anyone!”

“The moving crew that moved my wife and I in IN less than 4 hours are efficient professional courteous knowledgeable and extremely fair priced compared to many other moving estimates that we had obtained. So much so that after I negotiated a flat rate, regardless of the hours it would take, they surprised me by indicating that if the hourly rate came out cheaper they’d give me the lowest of the two rates…you can’t ask for more than that! With that deal you certainly wouldn’t expect the workers to hustle and come in with a per hour dollar amount less than the previously negotiated flat rate….which was very reasonable in the first place. WOULDN'T YOU KNOW IT the hourly rate came out cheaper because of the speed and efficiency of their workers that day and I saved $300 off the negotiated flat rate! Further, seeing as we were moving our existing furniture into this new space; the locations of where to put things room by room became a challenge and a struggle to say the least. We were having a particularly difficult time arranging our furniture into a large living room with high ceilings, that included a large 3 piece, 2 level, wall unit that needed to be attached top to bottom and side to side adjoined to each other. The room also included a large couch and 2 good sized arm chairs…when it was all arranged and in place by our own decision we were a little disappointed at the appearance but at a loss as to what to do😩 The foreman of the crew, sensing our frustration asked if we wouldn’t mind a suggestion? Of course we didn’t mind as we were clueless as to how to fix this positioning. The foreman suggested we reverse the entire room pointing out to us that the large already assembled 3 pieces, 2 levels high wall unit would fit nicely and look much better on the alcove section of the room and not on the huge high ceiling wall of the room making it look smaller than it truly is. We said “ you would have your men disassemble this huge wall unit that they had just put together on one side of the room and reassemble it on the other side where the foreman suggested.” He said sure we would as that’s what we do!! I can’t tell the difference that switch made in the appearance if the room ! We are delighted with the outcome and so appreciative of the efforts that the entire crew made to make this change. I have a similar story about the reassembly of a large Horizon treadmill but you get the idea PROFESSIONAL FAST EFFICIENT COURTEOUS ULTRA ACCOMMODATING and as stated above FAIR-PRICED I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Morgan J. Lemkau moving and storage for your move!”

“I used Diamond Moving and Storage to move myself to a new house. The service was fantastic! The owner was Very accommodating with the time frame in which I had to move. They were on time, respectful and very friendly. They were very careful with my belongings. They were very quick as well. I would use them if I ever needed too again, and I would recommend them everyone !!!! The service was impeccable !!!!!”

“Excellent service, very polite, hard working. Mine was a small move from NYC to Long Beach, in Long Island But it’s a headache because just being in NYC in a truck presents it’s own problems right from the start. They took such care of tte furniture, wrapping in blankets and then wrapping Saran Wrap around the blankets. Not a scratch. I have always had problems in past with other movers damaging some pieces. Very happy with the service. Glad to help a new business! Alan, the owner stayed in regular communication with us all the way through from the day he was hired until completion. I have not finished unpacking but I have am confident nothing is broken or missing. Just used Teemer for the 2nd time.Excellent service as usual. My go to movers. Will recommend and use again.”

“This company could do the impossible!!! As they have been for the last 100 years!!!”

“We recently completed two moves in just seven days (old house → storage unit → new home), and Tony’s Moving made the entire process seamless. Jaime and his crew were professional, efficient, and handled all of our belongings with great care. Jina came out for an in-person estimate, which we appreciated—no hidden fees or surprises at the end. The entire team was responsive, friendly, and easy to work with from start to finish. If you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy moving company, I highly recommend Tony’s Moving.”

“Alex and his team were so helpful when it came to moving into our home this summer. Moving is stressful, but Alex and his team found away to make the move seamless and easy. They had our apartment emptied in record time and even had us keep our clothing in our drawers! Alex and his team are truly the best out there- If you're in the process of a move do yourself a favor and call strong island moving pros for a smooth and seamless transition into your new home !”

“Moving is strenuous enough. Add on that it was my first ever move AND it was out of state. My anxiety was through the roof. However Octomovers was able to put me at ease from start to finish. You won’t find a better experience! Words cannot express how much care, attention and genuine thoughtfulness went into my move with the Octomovers Team. From obtaining a quote, calling expressing my fears about going over the number of boxes and even almost crying when I was told I couldn’t throw away any more furniture the day of the move, I was met with understanding, patience, and kindness. Seriously there was a reasonable solution for everything that happened that day! I couldn’t recommend a better moving company than Octomovers. Their entire team was awesome. Thanks to Zoe, Jelena, Milo and the three awesome movers that helped me day of!”

“As someone who is starting a new chapter in life and leaving my home of 18 years, I would like to say I had 3 of the most pleasant and hard working moving men who were not only very professional, but sympathetic as well, since this was very hard for me. They were very sincere. Anastasia and Natale were very helpful in setting up a smooth- running transport and I highly recommend this company.”

“I first worked with Scanio Movers about nine months ago and was so impressed that I called them again for my recent move. Idan came by for a walkthrough and estimate, he was kind, accurate, and incredibly helpful in guiding me on how to approach the move. He even recommended a fantastic organizer and upholstery cleaner, all of whom made my life significantly easier. It’s clear Scanio holds high standards not only for themselves but also for the partners they recommend. Additionally this move required their assistance in packing and storage - both of which were handled with such ease. The crew who came on moving day was the same one I worked with previously, and once again they were extremely professional and went above and beyond. They made what could have been a very stressful process smooth and manageable. I could not recommend Scanio Movers more highly.”
