Moving company reviews in Chicago

“Father and Son came through on short notice and made my move easy. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality moving services.”

“We hired Father and Son Moving Service to move our restaurant furniture and supplies into our new location in the West Loop, and they did an outstanding job. The crew, led by Martin, was incredibly efficient and professional. Moving dozens of heavy tables, chairs, patio’s furniture and fragile kitchen supplies through the busy West Loop streets is a logistical nightmare, but Martin and his team handled everything like pros. They wrapped the furniture carefully and loaded everything securely. The entire move was completed right on schedule with zero damages. If you need reliable commercial movers in Chicago, ask for Martin's crew at Father and Son!”

“I would highly recommend! I had to move some items which ended up being more weight than I could handle on my own and I called Father and Son moving services for a same-day service after I saw their 5 stars review online and they were very accommodating and were able to provide service within a couple of hours. I wish I had called since the beginning to avoid the “urgency” on my service but I called them around noon and after a couple of hours (including my own commute) everything was resolved before 3pm and excellent customer service. I highly recommend and would reach out again. I have had negative experiences with moving companies and I don’t write this review lightly. Thank you!”

“Las Grandes ligas de la mudanza ✔️ 100×100 recomendado”

“So incredibly grateful to this company. I really, really needed same day movers to get me out of my old apartment and no other companies had openings. They immediately accommodated me and were able to squeeze me into their schedule. The movers were very quick and professional and it ended up being a lot cheaper than other companies I’ve used in the past. Would definitely 100% book again for future moves.”

“Dima did a great job! Thank you for the hard work!”

“We worked with Jackson Moving and Storage through the National network and their local affiliate All Chicagoland to coordinate our move from the Midwest to the west coast. Our driver team, Ivan & Fabiola when they came to do a physical inventory on Tue 7/28 and then for the move the following day and they were very pleasant and friendly, and they were able to deliver several days earlier than they originally had forecast. There was absolutely no damage, no lost items, excellent help on both ends of loading and unloading. Also, the helpers on both ends of the move were excellent and careful with our stuff. Our first contact on this move was Joe Illingsworth at All Chicagoland Moving. He was very responsive and easy to work with in getting our quotes and schedule arranged. Honestly, we don’t know how the love could have gone better. We strongly recommend them and would definitely use them again for a future move.”

“Incredible service, very reasonable pricing.”

“Mark’s team did an amazing job today (not easy when a rainstorm blew in out of no where!). Extremely efficient, personable guys made the moving experience a great one.”

“Overall the experience went well. Frank was great to work with in preparation for the move - professional and responsive to all inquiries. Our services included packing and a local move. No real issues with the crew except for being asked to tip more. I tipped based on what I had googled for this type of move, yet I was directly asked to give more. That wasn't a good experience and made me regret what I had provided.”

“Great team and amazing service. While we had a short distance to move it was a lot and rather overwhelming. The team answered all our questions, and guided us as needed. Very professional!”

“Joel, Javier, Pedro, and Jose did amazing with our local move! They packed everything up efficiently and got all our furniture to the new place without any issue. They did not complain once about moving the stuff from one third floor apartment to another third floor even though I know it was tough work!! It was also very reasonably priced considering they worked for almost 7 hours. I would recommend them to anyone who has a move coming up!!”

“Flat Rate is awesome. We had to plan a very last minute move (less than a week's notice) and Ming and the team pulled it together so fast, getting us COIs for our building and coordinating everything. Faustino and his team were on site on time, made quick work of packing up our apartment and protecting all our valuables, and getting the truck loaded. They were super communicative, respectful, and responsible all day long and when we arrived to our new home, they made sure we felt supported and taken care of - moving things around the house and following instructions clearly. We even got the move done early! Highly recommend!”

“Choosing company to move your personal effects is a huge challenge. You never know exactly what you’re gonna get, even when you read reviews. However, I really can’t say enough about the experience that we had with this company. From the pre-packout survey through the completion of the move, the process was professional, customer, service- oriented, responsive, and kind. The combination of using technical support and human support was the perfect balance. When I needed to do the inventory, the website made it very easy, but it was also quick to get a human being on the other end to respond. This company treats the move with a level of sensitivity and care, one would reserve for their own belongings. Very grateful for their help and support and would highly recommend their services.”

“Great service, friendly crew and so many of them. Handled our move so easily and made sure everything was where we wanted it.”

“I cancelled a reservation with a different company after reading poor reviews, and I'm so glad I went with the Professionals. Bryan and his crew were excellent! With the Professionals, you get a 4-man crew that's punctual, efficient, and well worth the cost.”
