We ended up having so much stuff still laying around on moving day (very embarrassingly) but Peter and Aaron came through and helped us out when we couldn't figure out how we were going to pull everything together. They often said "I've got it" - and indeed they did have it!!! I felt very comfortable trusting them with ours and our daughter's possessions and they delivered everything in perfect condition. Thank you Peter and Aaron for being our light at the end of the tunnel in the middle of a very stressful move for our family! I would recommend A1 Movers to anyone relocating, these are awesome hardworking guys.”

Donna was wonderful to work with during the booking process — super helpful, responsive, organized, and just genuinely easy to communicate with, which made everything feel a lot less stressful right from the beginning.<br><br>On moving day, Chris, Jeremy, and Kierre were absolutely amazing. They showed up on time, worked incredibly hard the entire move, and were so careful with all of my belongings. They were diligent, efficient, attentive, and handled everything with professionalism while still being very kind and easygoing. You can tell they really care about doing a good job.<br><br>Moving is exhausting and stressful, especially with a toddler and a big transition, but this crew made the day go so smoothly. We were moving out of a third-floor walk-up into a second-floor duplex just a few blocks away, so plenty of stairs and tight spaces to navigate. They handled every bit of it like pros. From the start, they took a thorough inventory and matched us with exactly the right truck size. Somehow they were able to get our extremely wide couches through our narrow doorway without a scratch anywhere, I genuinely wasn’t sure that was possible! That kind of skill and problem solving isn’t something you take for granted. On top of all that, the pricing was fair and transparent. I’d recommend this crew to anyone planning a move, big or small.”

“This was my second move with this company in two months, and both experiences were excellent. The crew arrived early, loaded my entire studio in under 30 minutes, and somehow managed to bring all my small and medium furniture upstairs in a single trip. They even already knew how to operate the freight elevator at the storage facility, which I had forgotten myself. Their rates were very fair, and unlike a lot of movers, they didn’t nickel-and-dime with extra charges (like stair and travel fees). The service consistently exceeded expectations. The crew was kind, efficient, hardworking, and focused the entire time. I can't recommend them enough!”

“We just moved a 2800 square foot house and we significantly underestimated how much effort it would take for the move. The Gentle Giant team adapted, added another truck and scheduled an additional day to get it done. We expected a one day move, but it became a 2 day due to amount of items we had. The team was incredible. Moving is a very stressful time for a homeowner and the team was so professional and courteous. They were even able to squeeze everything into the allotted storage units, saving us an additional monthly storage charge. Cannot say enough good things about this team - highly recommended.”

“My truck broke down in rush hour traffic I required emergency Car Towing so I wouldn't make extra difficulties on the road. The dispatcher was calm and soothing and immediately got help arranged. The tow truck arrived in record time and considering the high traffic all around us the guy was quite professional. He loaded my truck with great care, and even took the time to help me find the closest shop that worked on diesel engines. The whole efficiency and friendliness of the process was something I liked. It’s not every day you encounter towing firms that offer speedy response time and real customer attention. I would definitely utilize them again for roadside or haulage services.”

“These guys are the BEST! In 3.5 hours they loaded up heavy furniture and tons of boxes from 1.5 storage units and up to the 3rd floor of our new walk up apartment. They were kind, professional, and very communicative. They were also very reasonable with pricing which was appreciated. Pricing for the job and crew were reasonable, it was a much less pressured experience setting up the move compared to other services and Alex G., Camilo D., Felix L., & Victor E. did a great job. We had a three floor walkup to deal with (Six Half Flights), a second stop for a storage unit and the move to the new house, and the crew powered through and completed even before the original time estimate. Would definitely recommend using the Moving services again to others.”

“I had the best moving experience one could ask for. They sent me a good responsible crew. The move was delayed because their previous appointment had an elevator down and they had to use the stairs. While we thankfully used the 1.5 hour delay to get ourselves ready for them, they made for being late by sending an extra man meaning they got our move done under estimated time and there were no overcharges. On moving day, the North American truck arrived with a team of four, and they efficiently packed my two-story, three-bedroom home—complete with basement and shed—into the truck in approximately five hours. Throughout the process, it was clear that my belongings were handled with great care. The team was equally mindful of protecting my home, including the floors and all items I had packed or labeled.
