“I hire them because they are "family owned" and had good reviews. I agreed to have a two man crew because they couldn't find a third man for the date they scheduled me on. I didn't realize that would end up costing me double in the long run. That's only the beginning. They ruined my brand new king mattress, bed frame, dryer, brand new office desk, scuffed up multiple walls in the new home the list goes on. I had been very specific when telling them I really really care about the bed and the couch because I had just bought them. What do they do? They take my brand new mattress and throw it on the dirty floor and start dragging it out of my old home. I catch them and tell them it needs to be wrapped. They tried dragging it back across the floor I told them no to pick it up. Jeffery immediately got an attitude about that. I then asked if I could wrap it multiple times because they were leaving gaps all over for the mattress to get dirty. They wouldn't let me. The mattress was then thrown out of the back of the truck at the new place onto the driveway and dragged because they didn't want to pull the ramp down again and use the dolly. I'm absolutely disgusted with the way my move went and how my belongings were treated. I'm now looking at well over $2,000 worth of damages. All they are offering is a refund of $200 which won't even cover the cost to clean the mattress let alone clean/fix the bed frame, replace the dryer, fix the desk and repair the walls. They claim to have insurance for things like this but are refusing to actually file a claim. They were trying to send some random worker over to my house to "professionally clean" my mattress when I pressed further I was told "well I know how to use a steam cleaner so it should be fine" excuse me? This is a thousand dollar bed not some random Walmart bed from a motel. So now I either have to try to get my money back through my credit card or file a claim through the court. Worst experience ever. I keep finding more and more broken stuff and just keep crying. Liberty Moves is awful.”

“Used MechaMovers for a local Orlando move, and could NOT be happier! The guys were friendly, on-time, careful, and strong. They wrapped and packed up my 3 bedroom house quickly, and unloaded it at my new place even faster than that. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, but the crew got it ironed out quickly and figured out solutions as quickly as they needed them. Would always use for my future moves, and will always recommend the service. Thank you again!”

“Hired MechaMovers to move me into my new home just a couple of miles away because of the great reviews. While they were loading the truck, two of the movers got into a fistfight inside the truck with all of our things in it, literally throwing each other into our boxes for 30-60 seconds. We ran outside and had to scream to get them to stop. The move had to stop for about 10 minutes while everyone cooled down. The owner Mike came an hour later and offered to discount our move by 1 hour, but only if we signed a "release" which included a clause that we wouldn't leave a bad review. We were very disappointed that the offer came with contingencies. The apology should have come without any strings attached. We ended up with no compensation for what happened. Leaving 2 stars instead of 1 only because they calmed down and finished the move after the fistfight ended. Cannot recommend Mecha due to this incident. Edit: Not sure why the reply was edited over a year later buit there absolutely was physical fighting. It was a full-on fistfight in the back of the moving truck with the movers throwing each other around on to our furniture and belongings.”

“I contacted this company to help move my belongings into a POD. I will say this: Jason and Michael were phenomenal! Not only did they come out to Auburndale, it was one of the hottest and humid days yet. I was stressed to the point of tears - they took it in stride and reassured me everything would fit. 2 hours later, everything was in the POD and very secure. If I were staying in Florida, I’d use them again. Communication from the start was fast, informative and never made me feel foolish. 100% recommend Happy Moving LLC!!!!”

“Really disappointed, unfortunately. I’ve moved quite a few times over the years using other companies with no issue, and I went with Move It All this time because the company I’d usually work with was booked. The movers were unprofessional in their behavior throughout the moving process and took much longer than they should have due to being distracted and inefficient. It felt as though we only had one mover instead of two since one of them was talking on the phone, taking long breaks, and moving slowly instead of supporting his partner who was evidently irritated by this behavior. I called to express my concerns and was advised that this may have been a result of being overbooked and using a warehouse worker instead of a usual mover who is more experienced. This is not fair and not what I am paying for. For the inconvenience, I was given one hour taken off of the final invoice, but after the frustrating experience and paying $900+ for a 6 hour job that should’ve been only about $500 and 3 hours, I will not be using or recommending Move It All in the future”

“Our trailer (U-Pack 28' Container) showed up early, so I called Happy Moving and they changed their schedule (to a day earlier) on my behalf. Calix, Altarik, and John showed up at 3pm and loaded 2 fully loaded 10x15 storage units into the container in 7 hours! This included a tremendous amount of wrapping with moving blankets and plastic, because over a 4 year period a lot of our belongings had been placed into these storages without being properly wrapped. Because they were able to get everything into one container, I didn't need the scheduled second trailer, so it saved me almost 2 grand! I've used these guys several times over the past 4 years and they are simply the best. I've moved way too many times over the past 30 years, so I've had my share of horrible experiences - never with Happy Moving. Wish they traveled the nation and I could use them wherever I'm at! Highly recommend!”

I brought it to the attention of the move manager and he just replied "wait until everything is unpacked before you say that to us". I had seen the employee take the wrapping off my self wrapped jewelry chest. I knew it was gone. They would do nothing. Horrible experience.”

“I needed to have some heavy items moved to an upstairs bathroom and I looked for a local single item mover and with a 5 for reviews I said OK. Well let me tell you, I would have given them a 10 if I could. From calling and scheduling to them giving you a courtesy call upon arrival to actual work they were all rock stars! These guys took such good care of the items and the house and were just the nicest folks. I had reserves about 2 guys getting the items upstairs but these guys are amazing and just didn't miss a beat. So so sooooooo happy I used these folks and you will too! Trust me!”
